Our goal is to provide a seamless and safe experience for all our guests. For your safety and convenience, please review the following details regarding insurance, pricing, and service:
- Pick-up & Plan Options: We provide private door-to-door service from Hakuba, Nozawa Onsen, Nagano City, Azumino, and Matsumoto. You can choose between a 4-hour, 6-hour, or 8-hour plan to suit your pace and interests.
- Duration Surcharge: The standard tour duration is up to 8 hours. A surcharge of ¥10,000 will apply for every 30 minutes that the tour exceeds this duration.
- Excluded Expenses: The tour price does not cover admission fees, local transportation costs (e.g., ropeway tickets), or the cost of meals for you and your guide. Guests are responsible for the direct payment of these expenses on-site.
- Insurance: For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to the tour. Please ensure your policy covers the duration of your stay in Japan.
- Personal Belongings: LOCAL GUIDE JAPAN is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items, such as mobile phones, cameras, or jewelry, during the tour. We recommend keeping your belongings secure.
- Weather Policy: In the case of severe weather, the tour itinerary may be adjusted or certain locations changed for your safety and comfort. We will always strive to provide the best alternative options to ensure you have a memorable day.
- Cancellations & Refunds: In the event of a cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be issued minus a 10% planning and administrative fee. Please note that no refunds will be provided for tours that are shortened due to changing conditions.
- Tax Information: All prices listed are inclusive of 10% consumption tax.
